 Welcome. For the past 17 years, Blue Ridge Post and Beam has built many of the timber frame structures found in Western North Carolina. Our work can be found in Waynesville, Canton, Clyde, Maggie Valley in Haywood County and Sylva and Dillsboro in Jackson County among other locations in Western North Carolina. Our building experience includes both residential and commerical buildings.
Blue Ridge Post and Beam is a family run business in Waynesville, North Carolina, owned and operated by Ron and Ann Cramm and their son Tim. Tim graduated from Western Carolina University in 2010 with a degree in Construction Management and has worked in the business for several years cutting timber frames.
Ron’s passion is architectural design using timber frame elements. His designs can be described as open, craftsman, and a classy rustic style. With a degree in Architectural Science, Ron can truly offer a design build service to his clients. His knowledge of structures using timber frame design along with the ability to cut everything in their own shop can definitely make the building structure more affordable.
